Carpet cleaning from the crew that started with it.
Carpet cleaning is what most people call Teddy’s for, and it is where Ted Fowler started. He began as a teenage carpet cleaning helper, and the company he founded in May 1993 still runs on the same idea: walk the rooms, tell you honestly what a cleaning will fix, then do the work properly. If you are searching for carpet cleaning near you in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, or the towns around them, call the number for your metro and we will find you a date, same day when the schedule allows.
We clean with hot water extraction using truck-mounted equipment. The carpet is pre-treated, agitated where it needs it, rinsed with hot water, and the dirty water is pulled straight back out of the fibers. That reaches soil a vacuum and a rental machine leave behind, and it leaves carpet damp rather than soaked.

A carpet cleaning visit, start to finish.
Walk-through and quote
We look at the rooms, the fiber, the traffic lanes, and any pet or stain problems, and we ask what bothers you most. Then you get a free quote, and the number we give is the number we bill.
Pre-treat and spot work
Heavy soil, stains, and odor spots are treated before the main pass, because rinsing alone rarely lifts them.
Hot water extraction
The carpet is cleaned in even passes, rinsed, and extracted so the soap and soil leave with the water instead of drying back into the fibers.
Final walk-through
We go through the finished rooms with you and tell you what to expect while it dries. Airflow from a fan or the air conditioning speeds it up.
The carpet problems we get asked about most.
Pet odor and accidents
This is the most common request. How well it comes out depends on how deep it went, so we treat the spot, extract it, and tell you plainly if the pad underneath is the real problem.
Traffic lanes and red dirt
Red clay tracked in from the yard stains lighter carpet and packs into the pile by the door and down the hall. Hot water extraction is built to pull it out.
Move-in and move-out cleans
Empty rooms are the easiest time to clean carpet, which makes it a good move if you are turning over a rental or settling into a new place.
Older stains
Wine, coffee, food, and old spills. Some lift completely, some fade, and a few, like dye or bleach, are permanent. You hear which one it is before we start.
Area rugs
Rugs are cleaned too. Tell us the fiber when you call, since wool and delicate rugs need different care than a synthetic runner.
Seams and stretching
Loose seams and rippled carpet are repair jobs, not cleaning jobs, but they come up on the same visit. Ask when you call and we will tell you what can be done.
Pricing, and what cleaning cannot fix.
How carpet cleaning is priced
Carpet cleaning in Oklahoma is priced by the job, not off a sticker. The main drivers are how much carpet there is, how soiled it is, whether pets or stains are involved, and extras such as stairs and rugs. Our guide to how much carpet cleaning costs walks through each factor, and the pricing page explains how we quote.
What cleaning cannot fix
Ted’s rule is built into how we work: “I always try to go above and beyond what is expected. If I don’t think I can make a difference I will let you know before we start.” If a stain is permanent or a pad is past saving, you hear it up front, not after the invoice.
Spills that turned into floods
A dripping line or an overflow that soaks through to the pad is a different job. That is water damage restoration, and we handle it with the same crew.
Cleaning that fits together.
Carpet cleaning pairs with upholstery cleaning for the sofa and chairs, and recurring cleaning plans keep carpet from getting bad again. Offices can look at commercial cleaning. We work in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Stillwater, Shawnee, and the towns in between, and you can contact us for a quote.
Questions we get asked.
How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?
Can you get pet urine odor out of carpet?
How often should carpet be professionally cleaned?
Do you clean area rugs and stairs?
Which towns do you cover for carpet cleaning?
Ready for carpet that looks like carpet again?
Tell us the rooms, the pets, and the stains. We will put a fixed number in writing, for free.
