Stop it and assess
The source has to be shut off first. We inspect what got wet, take moisture readings, and note what is affected: carpet, pad, baseboards, drywall, cabinets, or subfloor.
Extract the standing water
Removing bulk water quickly is what keeps a wet floor from becoming a wet structure. Carpet and pad are extracted, and we tell you honestly whether the pad can be saved.
Dry the structure
Air movers and dehumidification pull moisture out of what you cannot see. We return to take readings until the materials are actually dry, not just until the surface feels dry.
